Precisioner Diecasting Mold Co., Ltd is a reliable diecasting mold manufacturer who focuses on integrated solution of zinc and aluminum diecasting mold, while provides one-stop service for customer, from optimize initial design, analyze budget scheme, CNC prototyping of conceptual product, design and manufacture of rapid prototype mold, mass production mold and its matching trim die, also provides small lot production, mold maintenance, repair, rebuild and refurbish service and so on. Our focus is mold itself, not providing large lot production of parts.
Precisioner Diecasting Mold Co., Ltd. is located in Guanlan Street, Longhua New district of Shenzhen. It was first established in Jincanda Industrial Park in Guanlan before moving to the Silicon Valley Power New Material Industrial Park in July of 2013, equipped with corollary equipments of manufacturing and inspecting diecasting mold, with over 70 engineers and technicians specialized in diecasting mold for years, Precisioner started exporting diecasting molds since 2009 and have already exported more than 2400 sets of diecasting molds and service. Our customers are mainly in America, Canada, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Portugal, Russia, Brazil, New Zealand, Chinese Guangdong Province, Shanghai city and so on. Precisioner supplies a wide range of industrial and commercial clients from automotive, communication, electric power, mechanical equipment, medical instrument, LED, household appliances, furniture and other leading industries. To better serve international clients, an office in Hong Kong Precisioner Industry ( HK ) Co., Ltd has also been set up.

A reasonably optimal design scheme is the key of producing a high quality diecasting mold, we think highly of prophase design and spend much effort in analysis, discussion and modification to make the design scheme can avoid or prevent potential problem that will happen during mass production, on this basis, with precise machining process control, more than 90% of our produced diecasting mold can be directly into mass production after T1 and perform excellently, which help our customers save much time and cost, further gain larger competitive edge.
Delivery time is another vital factor of a successful project, and therefore we already have an elaborate progress plan and sound project leader system before a project starts, in the mean time, we will provide customers with weekly progress report and pictures in the manufacturing process, also welcome schedule inquiry and site inspection, consequently the problem of delayed delivery rarely happens.
On account of price disorder and asymmetric information of cost in mold manufacturing industry, what we provided for each RFQ is not only a total price, but also a break out list which contains each price component, including mold dimension, mold steel, tooling life, material cost, machining cost, administration cost, profit rate and so on, to let you know more.
