After its establishment, Sunshine operates strictly according to ISO9001 quality control system and has established its 10 departments including: head office, product development center, production and manufacture department, SMT surface mount center, quality control department, engineering department, human resource department, domestic marketing department, international marketing department, purchasing department, etc. The employees of the factory are more than 660 people, among whom there are about 50 engineers and technical personnel, and more than 100 managerial personnel. The company has 16 fully automatic assembly lines and 6 fully automatic high-speed surface-mount producing lines, as well as its aging laboratory and high/low-temperature laboratory.
