Power and Air Supply System

The core features a PLC-controlled intelligent control system and a Weintek touchscreen human-machine interface. It is equipped with five physical switches for emergency stop, power, fan, reset, and pressure, along with a power indicator light to display the equipment's operating status in real time. The Fault Alarm Box Machine module is integrated here, providing immediate alerts in case of faults. It is simple to operate and offers comprehensive safety protection, making it the core component of the Easy To Operate Box Machine.

Equipped with a 7.5KW core motor, it provides continuous and stable power to the 220V Box Forming Machine. It is equipped with a high-pressure fan system with an air pressure ≥0.6mpa, which provides air pressure assistance for the gluing and molding processes. The fan can be adjusted as needed with an independent switch, which is energy-saving and adaptable to different production conditions. The core motor provides reliable protection for the long-term operation of the equipment.

FORMING SYSTEM

Machine Frame

Integrating Automatic Stacking Box Machine and Automatic Counting Box Machine functions, the formed finished boxes are conveyed to the collection area via a conveyor track, where they are automatically stacked and counted in real time. They can be directly packaged, reducing manual sorting steps and improving the automation level of the overall production process of Rigid Box Making Machine.

The entire machine is constructed with a 600KG heavy-duty steel frame, measuring 800×1100×2100mm (OR430 model). The structure is robust and shock-resistant, with key components utilizing high-quality sealed bearings. There are no easily damaged or consumable parts.
