Over 10 years, NINGBO YANGMING STAR ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd has been researching, developing and manufacturing illumination lamps, running export-business from China. To keep product innovations on high technical standards and follow the procurement trends in the international market, we established our marketing company in the US.
R&D Department
YANGMING STAR has rich experience in developing the most advanced LED technology. Our R&D Department, organized by an internal team of designers and product developers, cooperates with Laboratory of Zhejiang University and China Institute of Metrology. So far, we have achieved more than 50 patents around the world.
Manufacturing Bases
Our two national high-tech manufacturing bases are continually updating and expanding. They both obtained certifications of ISO9001 quality control system as well as BSCI (Social responsibility requested by European FTA). One factory has total capacity of 15 million LEDs per month, operating with over 200 employees, covering more than 25, 000 m2 and possessing 14 full automation lines. Moreover, the other one occupies 60, 000 m2, including 30, 000 m2 of manufacturing houses. With continuous efforts, our products have received GS, EMC, CE certifications, ERP, RoHS reports for European market and UL, ETL, FCC, Energy Star for North America market.
Quality Department
12 quality inspection personnel make up our quality department, including QA and QC. It covers entire process from Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC) to Final Quality Control (FQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).
Based on our quality products, excellent services, reasonable prices and timely delivery, we continue to expand our international market share with Aldi, Home Depot, Menards and several other hypermarkets. Our principle is to keep advancing our LED innovations, to create a better quality, more eco-friendly and efficient lighting environment through such diverse businesses of LED lighting, and to work towards greater customer satisfaction.
