Zhejiang VIZMAN Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company engaged in R&D, manufacturing and sales of new energy industry. Founded in 1986, the company now has a EVcharging pile research and development center, a charging pile manufacturing center, and a power semi research and development manufacturing center. Main products available on board charger and EV charger, High frequency switching power supply, power semiconductor, electric telecom power supply, fire power supply, electric power monitoring system and RTUs.
VIZMAN is committed to the development of new power semiconductor technologies (especially the third-generation semiconductor technologies represented by silicon carbide (SiC) and galliumnitride (GaN)), advanced sensing technologies, and efficient energy conversion and control technologies, which will serve as the basis for digital energy, electric vehicles, smart grids, rail transit, 5G communications, energy conservation and environmental protection and other fields to provide high-quality power semiconductor core components and system solutions. VIZMAN has established a complete R&D and production system. From the end of 2021 to the present, the company has invested 50 million RMB in R&D and production equipment, and built more than 4, 000 square meters of high-performance customized power semiconductor chip packaging and testing clean rooms. In 2022, VIZMAN will continue to invest 1, 000 million RMB in new R&D and production equipment.
