The Pendulum type rock wool production line designed and manufactured by Qingli, adopts the most advanced technology in the world at the present time, which can produce rock wool of various specifications. After further processing, the rock wool can be produced into various products, which can be used for heat preservation and isolation, sound insulation fire prevention and so on.
Product application
1. Rock wool with a density of 40 kg/m ~100kg/m and with a content of adhesives less than 1%, can be produced into products which are widely used in large-scale transfer piping, chemical reactors, round water towers, oil tanks, factory buildings, ceiling declaration and so on.
2. Rock wool products with a density of 40 kg/m ~180kg/m and with a content of adhesives around 1%, can be widely used in shipbuilding, train-building, fire doors, factory buildings, refrigeratories, aviation, especially in modern building construction.
3. The original rock wool (without adhesives) can be produced into isolation materials which can be widely used in various drying furnaces, kilns, constant temperature drying g boxes, holding furnaces. Granulated rock wool is the proprietary material for decorative sound-absorbing plates.
4. Resin rock wool with a content of adhesives around 4%, can be produced into various rock wool pipes which can be widely used in thermal insulation for steam piping, cold air piping, hot air piping, anti-freezing water piping.

Details for raw materials and energy consumption
1. Slag-material-type rock wool: Slag(main material)≥ 90%, basalt 5%, other material 5%. If the SiO2 content in slag and in basalt is higher or lower than the above parameters, a corresponding adjustment at production shall be carried out.
2. Coke consumption per ton of rock wool output: 350 kg ~400kg;
Natural gas consumption for curing per ton of output: 55m³ .
3. Power consumption per ton of rock wool output: 180kwh ~222kwh;
Water consumption per ton of rock wool output: 800kg.
4. Operators: 7~10persons, excluding the QC personal
5. Basalt-material-type rock wool: Basalt (main material) 65%, dolomite 35%. The output of the basalt-material-type is 20% lower, and the coke consumption is 23% higher than the slag-material-type.
However, the acidity coefficient of the basalt-material-type is 6% higher than the slag-material-type, it means the resist temperature is 20% higher(≥ 600° C)than the slag-material-type.
6. Composition for adhesives: Phenol, formaldehyde, urea, barium hydrate. (Accessory agent: Ammonia liquor, resin acceptor)
Requirements for factory buildings
1. Rock wool production line with annual output of 10, 000T demands a factory area of 14, 000 square meter ~16000square meter, including the warehouse, factory shop and raw material stockyard(scale: 1: 1: 1).
2. Installed capacity for equipments: 550 KW
Daily water consumption: 50T
Production capacity per 24hours: 8T~16T
3. Plant location is preferably in the industry area, and it is required at least 800m~1000m away from the residential area.
4. Two circulating pools are required (one 100m3, one 20 m3) for the environmental requirements that industrial wastewater shall not be discharged.
