The innovative corrugated oil tank automatically adjusts and compensates for oil volume changes through its flexible corrugated sheet. This design ensures complete isolation from air, significantly slowing down oil deterioration and insulation aging. Consequently, the transformer boasts enhanced operational reliability and requires no maintenance during normal operation.
Main Components:
The primary components of the 160kVA Oil Transformer include an Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank immerses the windings to ensure effective cooling and insulation.
2. Adheres to IEC standards and comes with CE/ISO certifications.
3. Easily connects and expands during loading, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay, used with a conservator tank, detects issues like oil loss, improper oil flow between the tank and transformer, and signals these errors promptly.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel that absorbs moisture from the oil. It changes color from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level in the conservator unit, ensuring optimal operation.
7. The temperature detector monitors oil temperature and disconnects the transformer from service if it exceeds safe levels.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay serves as an indicator for the winding temperature, ensuring safe operation.
10. Fully galvanized coating to prevent rust and ensure durability.
11. The bushing connects the transformer's internal windings to the external electrical network.
