Copolymer Filtration Reducer is polymerized with solvent method through the optimization of monomer of salt resistance and high temperature resistance. The steric hindrance and polymer molecular rigidity are enhanced because of reasonable space volume of the monomers. So Copolymer Filtration Reducer overcome the disadvantages of poor shear performance, poor salt resistance, poor FLHTHP performance of conventional polymer filtration reducer, is a new polymer filtration reducer with excellent performance. It can be applied in deep wells, ultra-deep wells and high-salinity brine drilling fluids. The recommend dosage is 3.0 - 7.0ppb.

Application

Features

1. The demulsifier can play a good role in neutralizing charge, demulsification, bridging, adsorption, micelles and coalescence in crude oil emulsion.
2. Reduce the surface tension of the oil-water interface, which has the characteristics of fast dehydration speed, strong adaptability, high dehydration rate, less dosage, clear water quality, and strong compatibility with other chemical treatment agents.
3. Does not contain chlorine and will not damage oil products.

Instructions

1. The general dosage of the product is 50-100mg/L.
2. After the product is determined to be put into the production site, the dosing site must be determined according to the characteristics and needs of the production system. No matter what dosing process is used, it must be ensured that the medicine and the treatment liquid are fully mixed before entering the separation equipment.
3. Dosing is uniformly and continuously added to the system by a metering pump.
 
Usage

1. Adding 10-500ppm (the specific amount can be determined according to the experiment) to the oily wastewater, stirring for 1-2 minutes, the emulsion can be quickly broken.

2. Crude oil dehydration, adding 10-30g / L, stirring, can achieve oil-water separation, at 40-60 ºC, the effect is better.

3. The demulsifier has synergistic effect. After adding 5-100ppm PAC or PFAC or PFC, the water quality can be quickly cleared.

4. The amount of demulsifier and pH of wastewater can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of rapid demulsification and separation. The best pH is 6-7.
