I have dedicated over 9 years to exporting premium A grade nylon6 dipped tyre cord fabric, polyester cord fabric, and synthetic fabric since graduating from university in 2015. Over the years, I have primarily supplied these top-grade fabrics to international tyre factories, rubber hose factories, and rubber belt factories. While focusing on A grade fabrics, many clients connected via Facebook and LinkedIn inquiring about B grade or off-grade fabrics. I gladly expanded my offerings to include these. We are open to negotiations with our clients. Regarding size, we cannot guarantee all fabrics are 2 or 3 denier, but with some luck, you might get them. Rest assured, we do not separate their twists.

This is our B grade nylon dipped tire cord fabric. The package has been opened, revealing a deep brown color. While not recommended for tire production due to potential performance issues, many small international tire factories still use it for motorcycle and bicycle tires due to its affordability. However, this fabric is exceptionally popular for producing ropes and fishing nets abroad.
