Feature:
1. The main shaft of the ball mill adopts rolling bearing, which is stable in operation, low power consumption and convenient in maintenance.
2. The part for feeding lead cylinder of the ball mill adopts special design structure, lead cylinder feeding is under the sealing condition, to ensure the balance of air flow.
3. Ball mill adopts three-point for monitoring temperature inside the drum, the control is based on the temperature observed at three different locations, when one or several temperature higher than set value, the control system will automatically spray water to the corresponding location for cooling and automatically control the time of spraying water, the temperature in the drum of ball mill is more stable.
4. Adopt secondary air intake to prevent the filter bag in the oxide collector from overheating and prolong the life of the filter bag.
5. The use of industrial human-machine interface (touch screen) and PLC monitoring, the process parameters of the ball mill are controlled in a closed loop, the parameters are interrelated, the touch screen shows the running state of each equipment and real-time process parameters and automatic record. When the system operation is abnormal, industrial man-machine interface (touch screen) immediately sound and light alarm and prompt processing methods, the system can be automatic, semi-automatic or manual control.

System Working Principle and Process
1. The oxide mill is composed of lead ingot conveyor, lead melting pot, lead cylinder caster, lead cylinder lifter, lead cylinder storage silo, ball mill, positive and negative pressure fan, oxide collector and control cabinet and lead oxide transportation and storage equipment.
2. The lead ingots are added to the lead melting pot and melted into molten lead at 400ºC (752F). The molten lead is pumped into the lead cylinder casting machine. These small lead cylinders will be lifted to the lead cylinder storage silo by elevator for storage. Through the frequency conversion speed regulating motor, the lead cylinder distribution panel will send the lead cylinder to the lead cylinder lifter according to the requirements of the ball mill, and then the lead cylinder is lifted to the feed mouth of the ball mill by the lead cylinder conveyor; through the rotary feeder of the ball mill and the inner spiral of the main shaft feeder, and the lead cylinder is fed into the ball mill drum and be oxidized into the lead oxide.
3. In the drum of ball mill, the temperature of the lead cylinder rises due to the collision with each other; at the same time, the front positive pressure fan blows high pressure air into the drum of ball mill through a whole row of nozzles. At this point, the surface of the lead begins to grind and oxidize, and the lead oxide is formed by collision and peeling each other and floats in the air stream. The fine lead oxide floating in the air flow is pumped away from the ball mill by the negative pressure fan and sent into the oxide collector connected with the ball mill.
4. After the airflow which is full of lead oxide go into the oxide collector, the air exhaust is discharged to the atmosphere through the negative pressure fan through the filter bag made of felt, while the lead oxide is accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag tube. The lead oxide accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag tube is regularly shake to the collection funnel below by the compressed air entering the filter bag through the pulse valve and the venturi tube at a certain pulse interval. The lead oxide is then fed into the No.1 screw conveyor through the flat scraper discharging machine at the lower end of the collecting funnel and the rotary feeder connected thereto, then it enters the lead oxide silo through the lead oxide elevator and No.2 screw conveyor.
