LiaoNing North Glass Machine Co. Ltd is specialized in developing, researching, and manufacturing of glass machines. The company has subsidiaries including Shenyang North Glass Machine Research Department, North Pressure Vessel Production Co., Ltd and Shenyang Yaohua Glass Machine Co., Ltd.
Through years, we have developed and researched auto-clave, pre-heating & pre-pressing machine, combinating machine, washing and drying machine, loading & unloading machine, PVB-film stretching machine, de-air conveyer for automobile glass, vacuum cabinet. Bullet-proof glass cutter etc used for laminated glass production line; Well-style glass tempering furnace, chemical tempering furnace, flat and flat &bending tempering furnace etc used for tempering production line; Single chamfer thermal bending furnace, intermittent chamfer thermal bending furnace, four chamfer thermal bending furnace, 28 chamfer continuous thermal bending furnace; Also double edge grinder and vertical drilling machine etc.
Our laminated glass (automobile safe, architecture safe, bullet-proof) production line and autoclave has been sold more than 500 domestic and abroad. Among them, 3 sets of laminating glass production line and autoclave purchased by Chinese construction material institute are used for science study and aircraft glass production, XINYI (Shenzhen) Automobile Glass Co., Ltd purchased 24 sets of autoclave and laminated glass production line; Fuyao Glass Group purchased 28 sets of autoclave(include 5 rapid autoclaves featuring one working cycle only need 90 minutes and it is one biggest autoclave with 4m diameter in China). Chinese Nanbo Company purchased 3 sets of autoclave. Changchun Pilston Glass Company and Shanghai Yaohua Glass Company has already purchased many autoclave and glass equipments, Japan Ashahi company purchased 4 sets of 90 minutes rapid autoclave and France Saint Gobain purchased autoclave with 90 minutes working cycle.
