CEDI International Engineering Co., Ltd. Derived and developed from China Electric Design Institute. CEDIEC is a scientific joint-equity group corporation mainly engaged in project contracting, electrical system consulting and related equipments manufacturing relying on ample designing and practice experience from design institute. CEDIEC is the top electrical system and turn-key project contractor in China, maybe even in Asia.
CEDIEC was founded in 1993, the headquarters and design institute locate in Xi′an, the manufacturing base spreads all over the industry developed area like Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou which is convinient for transportation. There are more than 1300 people among which 20% is technical personnel. The leading technical team consists of 1 national master of engineering design, 10 experts sharing state council allowance, 36 professor level senior engineers, 70 senior engineers. In the light of national high voltage development strategy, a national high voltage system technical research and development center was founded, some projects executed by CEDIEC filled a void at home, made domestic industry history, reached world-class level.
Since foundation, CEDIEC has accomplished more than 500 projects of electrical system design and construction including transformer manufacturing and testing system, capacitor manufacturing and testing system, porcelain insulator manufacturing and testing system, impulse voltage test system, impulse current test system, HVDC test system and dielectric strength test. CEDIEC obtained hundreds of patents and know-how in HV high-capacity testing station and electrical industry.
CEDIEC established technical and commercial cooperation with the customers all over the world like ABB, Siemens, SCHNEIDER, AREVA, LS, TBEA etc., the technique and products exported to more than 20 countries including USA, Germany, France, Australia, Brazil, South Korea, Egypt, India, Thailand and etc.
