Product Description

The side plate of our Vibrating Screen 2SZZ adopts a riveted structure, which is characterized by high strength, durability and convenient maintenance. The two-axis holes of the vibrating screen are processed by a large CNC boring and milling machine to ensure concentricity and processing accuracy. The bearing is lubricated by gears, which is better than traditional butter lubrication, greatly prolonging the service life of the bearing, and the maintenance is simple and reliable. At the same time, the transmission part adopts a combination of triangular belts and U-shaped rubber radial connections, ensuring a balance between the start and stop of the vibrating screen, and avoiding the problem of triangular belts falling off easily, which has won wide acclaim from customers.
