Les exigences importantes de précision d'un roulement de contre-écrou et du filetage en V sur une vis à billes ou une broche sont la bonne adéquation entre les deux et la perpendicularité de l'extrémité où le contre-écrou fixe le roulement. Ces facteurs affectent directement la durée de vie, la fiabilité et la qualité des roulements et des vis à billes/broches, ce qui a bien sûr un effet sur l'image et la qualité de vos produits.
Caractéristiques :
Nos écrous de verrouillage de précision à attache de la série K utilisent l'élasticité du corps en acier lui-même, les verrouillages axiaux et le verrouillage forcé. Les capacités de verrouillage de cette série sont plus de trois fois plus élevées que les contre-écrous traditionnels. Les contre-écrous de précision de la série K utilisent 4 à 8 vis haute résistance pour bloquer les filetages par déformation axiale. Il convient aux conditions de travail difficiles où les contre-écrous sont facilement desserrés et où un couple élevé est nécessaire. La précision de la déflexion de l'écrou peut être réglée en réglant la force de serrage des vis axiales.
