Process composition

1. Screw conveyor: Pour the raw materials into the conveyor for automatic spiral feeding
2. Automatic crushing system: fully grind the raw materials to make the feed delicate and smooth
3. Mixing machine: all kinds of materials are fully mixed here
4. Silo: stores materials to prevent shortage of materials and affect production speed.
5. Modulator: Controls the falling speed of materials and spreads materials evenly
6. Extruder: Different models of extruders are used according to different outputs. The molds can be replaced for specific product shapes.
7. Air conveyor: transports feed to the oven
8. Oven: Choose electric oven, steam oven, fuel oven and other different models according to your needs. The interior is a double-layer stainless steel mesh bag, and the temperature can be adjusted by itself.
