In Sept. 2006, China Sanjiang Space Group invested and purchased the share of the former Hubei Shuanglong Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. And later retiled Hubei Space Shuanglong Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. To be a state-holding enterprise.
