Product Description

Our PU Jointed Belt with Steel Cord is meticulously crafted from imported thermoplastic polyurethane material, offering exceptional abrasion resistance. The integration of various types of steel wire cores guarantees excellent movement ability in transmission with minimal production tolerance. During manufacture, a nylon layer is added to both the tooth surface and back, maintaining consistent operational characteristics even in specialized applications. An additional polyurethane layer can be applied to the back for enhanced corrosion resistance or high load capacity.
