As the largest cotton textile manufacturer in China, Weiqiao Textile Company Limited ("Weiqiao Textile" or the "Company") together with its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") principally engaged in the production, sale and distribution of raw cotton grey yarn, grey fabric and denim. Having seized the opportunities to develop in China during the past 10 years, Weiqiao has grown rapidly and become a enterprise, with a fairly large production scale. At present, we turn out to be the largest cotton textile manufacturer in the world as well as one of top-500 enterprises of China and one of top-26 super-large enterprises of Shandong province.
Weiqiao Textile is located in Shandong Province, the third largest cotton-producing province of China. There are a total of four industrial estates, located over Weiqiao town of Zouping county, Binzhou city, Weihai city, and Zouping county all across Shandong province. In 2014, all mills of our own company held approximately 74, 000 employees, performing production schedule of 24 hours successive manufacturing. In 2015, we produced more than 300, 000 tonnes of cotton yarn, 978, 000, 000 meters of grey fabric and 76, 000, 000 meters of denim. At present, Weiqiao has ascended to a fairly good position in the market because of its enormous economies of scale.
