Product Description

Application:
It is used to separate the PP PE bag coated paper and other plastic coated paper pulp directly. No need heat, chemical. And the water can recycled.

The paper pulp and plastic can used separately in different industry.

Working process:
1.Feeding raw material (PP PE bag coated paper) into the tank and up to 1/3 of the tank
2.It takes 3-10 minutes to complete the separating process(check if there's paper pulp in the tank firstly , and then open the discharge )
3.The paper pulp go in to the water filter, and dried before re-using.
4.The plastic material will go in to next washing process.

Maintenance:
1.Operating in good working condition
2.Forbid the metal, stones, packing belt, etc into the tank
3.Open the bale packing firstly
4.Often checking the seals
5.Often lubricating the bearings.
