The Linear bushing is a linear motion product that is used in combination with a  cylindrical LM shaft.The ball bearing in the load area offer point contact with the LM shaft.This allows straight motion with minimal friction resistance and the therefore smooth motion.
High-carbon chromium bearing steel is used for the nut,and the outerand inner surfaces are ground and heat-treated.
Linear bushings are used for medical equipment,apcking equipment,and lightweight OA equipment that is not subject to vibration,shock,etc.
However,they cannot be used for applications in which loads are applied in rotational direction.
