Adhesive Tackifer

Introduction
It is a natural polymer that contains no active substances and has excellent durability, oil solubility and adhesion, can improve the physical adhesion of oil, while the extreme pressure resistance in the oil the grinding components fully acted on the metal processing parts, and the synergistic effect was obvious.

Intermiscibility
It is soluble in a class of base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Compatibility
It is a high viscosity additive, which needs to be heated when used, and it is recommended to reconcile the temperature of 40~55°C to promote the better combination of oil molecules and additive molecules.The blending effect ensures the quality of the oil.

Application
It can be used in full-process metal processing oil and some industrial equipment oil. It is suitable for the modulation of metal processing oil such as stamping, drawing, cold heading, drawing and cutting, which can inhibit and reduce the deformation stability of metal. The role of less oil mist formation is recommended to add 1% to 5%. Suitable for medium load and heavy load gear oil, guide oil modulation, can play a good thickening effect, the recommended treat rate is 0.5%~2wt%.
