Le dispositif d'EDI (Électro-De-ionisation) appartient au circuit de refroidissement de précision qui est généralement coordonné avec le RO. Il se compose de traitement préparatoire, RO. Les circuits de refroidissement ultra purs de l'EDI substitue l'échange ionique mélangé qui est employé dans le processus traditionnel de circuit de refroidissement. La condition d'admission de l'eau du dispositif d'EDI est que la résistivité est 0.025-0.5MΩ*cm, le dispositif de RO peut entièrement satisfaire les demandes. Le dispositif d'EDI peut produire l'eau ultra pure que la résistivité atteint 15MΩ*cm
