Model JF6D-600 CNC composite bag-making machine with function of environmental protection is a new type of bag-making machine. This kind of machine is stable in operation, adjustment easier, more effective, less hands, lower cost and perfect function. This production line can complete the entire process for shaping, gluing, compounding, printing, hole-pricking, folding & cutting.
Composite packing bags of vinylon soluble yarn are new type packing bags. They are made with new process of weft surrounding contiguously and non-middle-suture by the composite bag-making machine.
General, comp-osite packing bag consists of 2-layers of national standard bag-making paper outside and inside, with glued net vinylon yarn in between, thus combining 3 in 1. Composite packing bags are widely applied to pack all kinds of powder and particle matters for grain, feed, starch, cheesy matter, agricultural & side line products, cement, carbon black, dicyandiamide, graphite, rubber, titanium white, chemical industry & mineral products and so on. To meet the customers requirements, they can produce standard-bags, widened bags, any length of bags, film and wet proof bags, M-type folded and pin-hole pricking bags.
