Particle board
Particle board is a wood-based board made of wood or other lignocellulosic materials, glued under heat and pressure after the application of an adhesive, also known as the particle board.The raw materials for making particleboard include wood or wood fiber materials, adhesives and additives, the former accounts for more than 90% of the dry weight of the board, and the pores in the middle can be seen by cutting the cross section.
Particleboard manufacturing process:
Make the shavings first. Sift the shavings and separate the fine shavings from the coarse shavings. Then we add glue and stir, so that each piece of shavings is glued. Then lay the shavings, roughly in three layers, fine shavings on both sides, coarse shavings in the middle, and prepress after laying. Hot pressing finished processing, stacking.
Advantages:
The structure is more uniform, the processing performance is good, it can be processed into a large sheet according to the need, and it is the best raw material for making different specifications and styles of furniture. Finished particle board does not need to be dried again, can be used directly, sound absorption and sound insulation performance is also good.

OSB
The decoration and construction and packaging and furniture industry on the market are mostly OSB2 and OSB3, both environmental protection and flatness are no problem, but the density and structural strength are not the same, the key is that there is a big difference in moisture-proof performance.
The specific differences are as follows: OSB2 is used for dry indoor space without returning moisture, because the layout is more beautiful can be used for furniture manufacturing cabinets, but beware of moisture, moisture will mold; The OSB3 environmental waterproof adhesive, for the OSB2 upgrade board, environmental protection is OK, good moisture resistance, because the board surface is not as beautiful as OSB2, so OSB3 is mostly used for the base board or ceiling or bottom, and OSB3 waterproof and moisture resistance for the base board is more suitable, but OSB2 is not suitable.
