Suzhou Industrial Park Xinkai Precision Fasteners Co., Ltd is specialized in the R & D, manufacture and sales of all types of fasteners.
Products include:
--Self-clinching fasteners: PEM standard nuts, standoffs;
--Standard fasteners: Bolts, screws, studs, washers of different grade level, DIN, JIS, ANSI, BS & GB standards;
--Customized fasteners: Automotive fasteners and other fasteners based on custom design;
--Rivets & various washers.
The products are widely used in Telecommunications, Automotive, Railway, Electronics&Electrics, Medical, Aerospace and other industries.
The staff is over 390 members, 14% of which are engaged in R&D and QC. The factory covers 20, 000 square meters in size. There are a number of advanced production and test equipments, including CNC high precision lathes, multi-station cold heading machines, precision automatic lathes, full-automatic tapping machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines, full automatic measurement machine, X-ray plating thickness monitor, salt spray test machine, 3D computerized radiography, pressing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, micro-hardness tester, projectors, roughness tester, torque test instrument, etc. Those facilities ensure machining diameter from 1mm to 120mm and precision level of 3µ M.
The management system has been approved by ISO9001: 2008, TS16949, ISO14000 certification. There are a numbers of world top 500 corporations among our business partnerss.
