A frame Layer Chicken Cage System
It is designed both open and close house all over the world,especially for open house in big farm who has enough land,it is more suitable to be used in tropical zone such as Africa,South East Asia and South Asia Countries.it is Cold Galvanized or all Hot Dipped Galvanized cages.
Automatic Drinking System:

How We Make The Cages ?
Processing1: The best material for cages are Q235A steel wires,all of the materials will be Q235A here for the cages from POUL TECH,because its Carbon content is 30,this is the best carbon structure steel which make keep the wire's elasticity and hardness and then wire drawings will be made by processing by 6 times at least to keep the diameters of the wires must be 100% same.
Processing 2: the raw material Q235 A steel wire will be different diameters to make different parts of the cages.
Processing 3: most of the cage meshes are processed by automatic welding machine to keep the quality and specification 100%.
Processing 4: Galvanization by The Electrical/Hot dipped Galvanization Production Line,all cages and cage support leg frames will be put into the Hot Dipped Galvanization Surface Treatment(450 Degree inside when working) to get more solid,durable cages and equipment.and the Electrical Galvanization made by automatic machine to keep all quality and standard 100% same because all processing controlled by computers.
