ST001 Up and down motion module

Overview: By driving the screw or synchronous belt through servo, the winding nozzle can move in a three-dimensional spatial position.          

Composition: Servo motor, ball screw, synchronous belt mechanism

Brief description of action:
The servo in both XY directions moves with the screw, and the servo motor drives synchronization to make the wire nozzle move in the Z-axis.  This way, the nozzle can move in a three-dimensional space.  During the tension control winding process, the tension of the enameled wire is within the qualified range.  Professional motion controllers drive servo motors.
 

ST002 Rotating motion module

Overview: Two rotating modules rotate with tooling and stator

Composition: Servo motor, bearings, stator tooling

Brief description of action:
The product is fixed on the stator fixture, and the servo motor drives the stator fixture to complete the rotation action of the stator. The rotation of the stator and the up and down movement of the winding needle work together to complete the winding action. A professional motion controller controls the coordination of rotation and XYZ direction.

ST003 Pressing and tangent module                                            
 
Overview: The material pressing mechanism compresses the product. The wire cutting mechanism cuts the enameled wire.

Composition: Material pressing mechanism, thread cutting mechanism, positioning mechanism

Brief description of action:
The pressing mechanism, cutting mechanism, and positioning mechanism are all two groups. The cylinder drives the pressing mechanism to press the stator tightly. After completing the winding, the two wire cutting mechanisms cut the enameled wire. A wire cutting mechanism clamps the enameled wire head connected to the wire nozzle. The equipment is waiting for the next pick-up.
