Gear Hobbing Lathe Machine

Gear hobbing machine is the most widely used machine tool in gear processing machine tools. It can cut straight gears, helical cylindrical gears, worm wheels, sprockets, etc. on the gear hobbing machine. Gear hobbing is based on the principle of generative method Machining gears. Using a hob to process the counter wheel is equivalent to the meshing of a helical cylindrical gear pair. Check gear hobbing machine is normal. After adding lubricating oil to the machine tool, you can press the SB3 button to check whether the rotation of the motor is correct. When the motor rotates, observe the lubricating oil pressure gauge. If the pointer rises, the rotation is correct.
