Product Description

Raintech slitting line is mainly used for slitting and cutting coil materials such as tinplate, galvanized iron, silicon steel sheet, cold rolled steel strip, stainless steel strip, aluminum strip, and steel strip. It cuts metal coils into strips of various widths, and then harvests the strips into small coils for use in the next process. It is a necessary equipment for precision cutting of metal strips in the transformer, motor industry and other metal strips.According to the thickness of the slitting plate, it is divided into thin plate slitting line and thick plate slitting line.

( 1) Structure: The whole body is a four-wheel structure. The car body is divided into upper and lower parts. The hydraulic cylinder controls the up and down movement. 3,Double support type uncoiler
( 1) Operation function: This machine is a device for installing and unwinding plate. It can receive coil material by operating the sliding cylinder of the fuselage to complete the process of unwinding and shearing.
( 2)Structure: It is composed of heavy duty fuselage, expansion and contraction spindle, heavy duty sliding seat, power system and braking device. The front and rear shaft ends of the spindle are supported by heavy bearing movement, and the rear of the spindle is equipped with a brake disc to prevent inertia rotation of the steel coil.
