Company profile: Shanghai Haoqi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd is a joint-stock company who specializes in researching, manufacturing, sales, installation and maintenance of aviation cargo ground transportation equipments. Our main products are container/pallet dolly, bulk cargo/ baggage trailer, storage rack for freight station, steel pallet, and cargo shelf, etc. At the same time, our company can do OEM business for subassembly of automobile painting work assembly line, steel structure of house, auto spare parts, and elevator parts.
Our company is located in Ping′an Industrial Park, Fengxian District, Shanghai. It occupies a floor space of 2000 square meters and there are more than 50 sets of professional fabricating machineries in the factory workshop which include CNC plasma cutting machine, bending machine, plate shearing machine, saw machine, drilling machine, milling machine, lathe, planing machine and punching machine. In enterprise management, our company carries out strictly 5S management (Seiri- Seiton- Seiso-Seikeetsu- Shitsuke, originally Japanese meaning tidy up, neaten, cleaning, cleanness and self-restraint)
In manufacturing process, our company executes strictly according to ISO9001: 2000 standard and guarantees the product quality based on its mature manufacture practice.
Besides domestic market, our products are sold to Australia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Republic of Korea, Japan, Singapore and other foreign countries. We endeavor in expanding more overseas markets and wining more customers with our quality and services.
Process flow: Raw material--> blanking-->blank fabrication(turning, grinding, milling, punching, drilling)-->parts polishing, deburring-->parts assembling--> sand blow--> spray painting-->equipment assembling-->acceptance and leave factory
Services undertaking: We provide free product designing and we track and follow up the products we have sold. We will solve the problems which occur in the operation of the equipments and keep in touch with our customers constantly.
We care the requirements from our customers and pay much attention to our product quality.
We provide free installation and commissioning for our products in domestic market (China) and provide professional training service as well.
Our product has a quality guarantee period of one year from the date of acceptance. And if within the warranty time, we provide free repairing. We provide lifetime warranty for all of our products (not including parts fee) in China.
