Product Description

Principle for Selecting Cable ChainsInner Height: To determine the inner height (HI), consider the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference. Add at least 10% of the space height to this reference. If overlapping occurs, use the overlapped height as the actual height.
Inner Width: Calculate the inner width by summing the outside diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Ensure to leave at least a 10% margin for additional space.
Bend Radius: Take the largest bend radius of the cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value. Leave an additional 10% as a margin to ensure flexibility.

Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin. This ensures that internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely without exerting stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
For cables with significantly different diameters, lay them separately to balance the weight evenly. Use spacers if necessary to keep them apart.
When operating at high speed or high frequency, lay the horizontally placed cables separately to avoid overlapping. If there are too many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes, using spacers is recommended.
Construction of the Cable Chain
The chain resembles the crawler of a tank, composed of a specific number of joints. These joints can turn freely, offering flexibility and strength.
Chains of the same series share the same inner and outer height and pitch, but can have different inner widths and bend radii (R) to meet various specifications.
A unit chain joint consists of a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. Each joint can be opened for easy assembly and dismantling without threading. This allows for easy insertion of cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes after opening the cover plate.
Spacers can be used to divide the inner space of the chain into sections according to specific requirements.
