SP282
SP282 is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly, high-strength, two-component polyurethane structural adhesive with thermal conductivity, it has excellent adhesion and aging resistance.
After curing, it has good adhesion and strong bonding force. It has good bonding performance for plastic substrates, such as glass fiber, ABS, aluminum-plastic panels, etc.
SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
1. Fast curing and rapid initial strength;
2. Low density, high strength and high toughness;
3. It has good thixotropy and little wear to glue equipment, and can be applied with glue dispenser or glue gun.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES

1. The bonding between new energy battery module cells and bottom cases, cells and cells;
2. Bonding of vehicle body composite parts, such as SMC, BMC, RTM, FRP, etc. and metal materials;
3. Self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of metal, ceramics, glass, FRP, plastic, stone, wood and other base materials.
