Product Description

Oil fracturing proppant is a solid particle used to support the fracture after the formation has been fractured to prevent the fracture from closing again. This eliminates most of the radial flow in the formation and allows formation fluids to enter the fracture in a linear flow.

It is an important part of hydraulic fracturing, and its quality directly affects the size of the fracture conductivity and the duration of the fracture, which in turn affects the effect of fracture production and injection measures.

Ceramic proppant, brown or yellow in appearance, is mainly composed of bauxite, manganese powder and other ingredients mixed into balls and sintered at high temperature. It is the substitute of natural quartz sand, glass ball, metal ball and other low strength proppant.

LWP (Lightweight Proppant)

High-performance, low-density ceramic proppant, ideal for oil reservoirs.

Bulk density is 1.55g/cm3 , Specific gravity 2.80g/cm3;

Precision porosity engineering deliver lightweight specific gravity and retain high conductivity under high fracture closure pressure conditions;

Effective at closure stresses to 10,000 psi;

Aluminosilicate-based high performance lightweight product at a very competitive price;

ISP (Intermediate Strength Proppant)

Specific Gravity 3.00-3.30g/cm3, with excellent conductivity in a broad range of applications.  

Exceptional roundness and sphericity;  

Minimizes wear and tear on production and pumping equipment;  

Effective at closure stresses to 12,500 psi;  

Particularly suited to oil wells with low permeability, delivering excellent conductivity;  

Made from bauxite ore, superior crush resistance in a broad range of applications;

Available sizes: 16/20,16/30, 20/40, 30/50 and 40/70.

 

HSP (High Strength Proppant)

Specific Gravity 3.35 g/cm3, high density sintered bauxite proppant, exceptional strength in the deepest wells.

Minimizes wear and tear on production and pumping equipment;  

Effective at closure stresses to 15,000 psi;  

Maintains high long term conductivity in hot and hostile vertical wells;
