Q4:How can I get a quote?
Send us detailed CAD drawings of the building and provide a list of required materials. If there are no detailed drawings, our company's professional designers can also deepen the drawings and then list the materials quotation list.
Q5:Can you provide professional installation and construction?
If the customer has such needs, we can decide whether to contract the installation and construction based on the actual situation of the project location.
Q6:How to charge sample fee?
We will charge a sample fee, but the sample fee will be refunded after the formal order takes effect.
Q7:How about the delivery time?
Samples take 3-10 days, mass production time usually takes 30-40 days, depending on different order quantities. During peak season, delivery time may take 40-50 days.
Q8:Can we visit your production base/factory?
Certainly. You are more than welcome to visit us at any time, however, we do ask that you call or email in advance to arrange a visit.
