DESCRIPTION
POP-2025 polyol is a unique grafted polyether polyol containing copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile,its solid content is 24~26%. It is manufactured without the use of BHT.POP-2025 polyol is designed for use to increase foam hardness in the manufacture of slabstock foam and VE memory foam. It can be used to produce high-load-bearing foams over a wide density range.POP-2025 can be used in formulations utilizing all TDI, TDI /Polymeric MDI blends or all Polymeric MDI compositions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. It is recommended to control the temperature during foaming,Including mold temperature, material temperature, environmental temperature and so on.
2. Suggest puting the finished panel not less than 20 ºC environment for at least 24h, Avoid occurrencing obvious thermal expansion cold shrink for environmental temperature changing too big.
