Features

The cast iron foundation features high rigidity and excellent vibration dampening, serving as a bed casting base. Its structure is designed with precision, incorporating densely arranged internal ribs to significantly enhance rigidity and overall stability.

The main castings and components are machined using renowned gantry milling machines and guideway grinding machines, ensuring high assembly precision.

 

The axial motion system features ball screws and roller linear guides for high torque, smooth operation, and lasting precision. Direct-drive motors ensure backlash-free transmission, enhanced rigidity, and stable, fast movement.

The gun drill features a high-power spindle with built-in cooling and an automatic oil cooling system for cutting fluid, ensuring stable, temperature-controlled operation and consistent machining accuracy.

  

PLC system co-work with quality electrical parts provides a rapid-operation and durable use.
