Product Description


Features

High-grade resin sand castings, reinforced with heavy-duty ribs, resist bending and absorb vibrations. Symmetrical ribs enhance rigidity and thermal stability. Aging treatment eliminates internal stress, ensuring accuracy and repeatability.

Equipped with a BMT45 12-station power turret, with C-axis control, it makes the lathe to be a turning-milling center, enabling turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in a single setup. This reduces errors from workpiece transfers, saving time and labor.

 

The main spindle features C-axis simultaneous machining, offering high speed, precision, and low vibration for accurate workpieces. Each spindle bearing assembly undergoes dynamic balance testing before installation to ensure stability at high speeds.

The X/Z axes use high-speed roller guides for precision and heavy-duty cutting. Preloaded ball screws eliminate backlash, while direct servo drive ensures high accuracy and stability.

 

Equips with auto lubrication system to ensure transmission system smoothly and long-lived.

Applications
Competent to handle the turning process with brass, bronze, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and rigid plastic piece with diameter up to Φ600 mm. High Rigidity casting iron body provides the possibility of higher hardness materials and better smoothness (smaller roughness). The machine is equipped with a 12-station power turret, provide high rigidity cutting, suitable for turning, milling, Processing of complex multi-process products such as drilling and tapping.
