Supersech prides itself in being a Total Solutions Provider and manufactures quality rigid, metal-backed and flex printed circuit boards on various types of substrates for a variety of applications. These products can go into high speed computing, high frequency telecommunication ranging, defense, LEDs and other heat sink automotive electronics, and navigation devices - right from small test and prototype quantities to large volume production. We provide all of our technologies in a time critical environment.
At Superseach, quality is a way of life. The staff is made up of world class, highly experienced pH. D. Materials scientists, engineers, Six Sigma black belts, and several Six Sigma green belt candidates undergoing training. Supersech has state-of-the-art process control system sand our certifications include ISO 9001: 2008 and QS2000 series. We have rigorous SPC controls, automated optical inspection, metallographic cross section and electrical test facilities. These provide the quality assurance needed to meet the high standards of our customers.
Superseach is building a new manufacture base in HuiZhou, will be finished before the end of DEC. Y2011, it covers an area of 5000 square meters, Output will reach10, 000 square meters per month. It has the most advanced manufacturing equipment in modern times for printing PCBs and its products are exported overseas.
We hopes to create a trustworthy brand in the PCB industry through continuous improvement, pre-control over procedures and perfection on the detection of procedure output.
