ABOUT DUDU SUCCULENT
Dudu succulent farm was established in 2016 and currently has 15 greenhouses dedicated to growing succulents, growing more than 400 types of succulents. In the past six years, we have sold the succulents we have grown to customers in more than 78 regions and countries around the world, and have received a lot of praise.
The concept that Dudu Succulent has always adhered to is "competitive price, better quality". We do not simply make succulents with low prices, because such succulents have high water content, poor condition and are more prone to rot. Dudu Succulent Farm has always adhered to the long-term, sufficient sunshine, and meticulously cultivated planting methods.

Packing
We insist on using natural and pollution-free recycled paper packaging. If you buy a large quantity, we will add wooden pallets for packaging. Of course, you can also customize your own packaging from us. Each succulent is dried for a long time and the soil at the roots is removed before packaging. Then use toilet paper or cotton, carefully wrap it, and put it in a carton.
Transportation
Our main shipping locations in the past were Europe, America, Oceania and Asia. If you need us to send the goods to other regions, you can also consult us in advance. Generally, we need about 3 days to dry the plants before shipping, so that they can keep in better condition during transportation. Express usually takes 5 to 12 days, while sea freight requires specific consultation
IMPORT QUALIFICATION
SUCCULENT PLANTS
If you need, we have plant import and export qualifications, and can provide you with a complete process of disinfection, sterilization, and testing during the shipping process, and send your goods out smoothly through customs.
Of course, this requires that you also have plant import qualifications, otherwise we will not be able to pass the customs declaration and send the goods, because the goods will be detained by the customs of your country
Therefore, we recommend that if you have the relevant qualifications, you can choose whether to use the normal import and export process to ship this batch of succulents
If you do not have the relevant qualifications, or you want to save some costs, such as taxes, etc., then it is recommended that you contact us, we can use other solutions to send the goods for you. Of course this requires your active cooperation
Lead and Transportation time
We can ship products to Asia, Europe, America, Oceania. If there are special circumstances that make it impossible to deliver goods, such as national policy adjustments, we will notify you in time and refund you after you place an order
We will prepare and ship your order within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order.
The transportation time will be different in different regions, it generally takes 5-12 days.
Q1. Can I have a sample before placing the order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:The minimum order quantity is 200 pcs.
Q3.What to do if plants are damaged during transportation?
A.If the succulents arrived in bad condition, such as rotten, damaged, pls take pictures and then send us within 72 hours afteryoureceived . We'll replace them for free in your next order.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks or more time,it depends the order quantity.
