The core business of Rong Chang Sheng Plastic Mould (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd is on aviation, but also covers medical, automotive, electronics, and other industries. This Sino-US joint venture is highly skilled in mold design and manufacture as well as in injection molding and complex value-added assembly processes. It is the only supplier in Asia which has acquired Boeing′s exclusive BAC5321 certification and is authorized to provide molds and plastic parts for Boeing′s civil aircraft. The majority of these parts are used in the aircraft interior cabin, but many others are flight critical parts and assemblies used in other areas of the airplanes.
Since its founding in 1996, RCS has strived to make the highest quality precision molds and to manufacture world class plastic products from high-temperature plastics. As a result of its efforts, RCS has become a company that provides one-stop service in mold design, mold manufacture, injection molding, all the way to final assembly. By 2006, after years of cooperation in tool building, RCS had attained a high degree of appreciation from Vaupell lnc. a tier-one supplier to Boeing Aircraft, and the two parties agreed to establish a Sino-US joint venture: Rong Chang Sheng Plastic Mould (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd. In November of the same year, RCS successfully earned its BAC5321 certification from Boeing and became one of Boeing′s selected suppliers. In the past 5 years, RCS has provided Boeing with more than 500 different molds and molded parts for various models of aircraft. In addition, RCS is also a mold supplier for many other famous companies worldwide, such as Airbus, Founder, Hisense, Teradyne, and others. In 2008, RCS won a contract for China′s ARJ21 aircraft window assembly, for which they are the sole supplier.
RCS operates a spacious workshop that is well equipped with advanced equipment, managed under a corporate policy that takes care of each and every one of its employees and is operated with honesty and integrity.
