Shenzhen Liufang Electronic Co., Ltd. Established in 2004, widely involved research, development and sales in the fields of digital video camcorder camera, digital still camera, A4 portable scanner, and Vehicle DVR. We have own brand [VIVIKAI], we also providing OEM/ODM service.
We has advanced production facilities and complete functional configuration. Its affiliated sectors include: Mould, injection moulding, oil spraying, screen printing, SMT, assembly, QC department and packing; Its facilities include: Computerized drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, grinding machines, linear cutting machines, injection moulding machines as well as fully auto oil spraying baking line, auto SMT machine, reflow soldering machine, auto bonding machine and precision inspection instruments.
We have a workforce of more than 800 staff including over 20 manage personnel, 30 engineering technicians, and have established a research and developing center(80% of who are the top technicians from Taiwan optical edge), two manufacture base(partly located in Shenzhen Longgang and Dongguan Xiegang). We have basic 300, 000PCS per month production scale and have more than 50 models(specifications vary from 0.1, 0.3, 1.3, 2.1, 3.1, 5.0, 8.0MP), which all go through many kinds of authenticate (including ISO9004, FCC, CE, UL and RoHS and so on).
