Our company specializes in the manufacture of precision investment castings, such as all kinds of common carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, ductile cast iron etc., which are widely used in vehicles, metallurgy, mine, petroleum, agriculture, coal, marine, architectural machinery, medical and food machinery, automobile manufacture, machinery manufacture and so on.
Since 1978, we have been providing the customers at home and abroad with good quality products and have enjoyed high prestige. Our products are mainly exported to U.S.A, U.K, Japan, Australia, the Netherlands, Singapore, Canada, South Africa, Germany, Hong Kong etc.. Daming was approved for GL from Germany in 2000, ISO 9001 and England Lloyd′s Register in 2003, Korean Lloyd′s Register in 2004 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 in 2012.
Our company is located in the southeast of Ningbo, China. That is Hehua Bridge Industrial Zone, Yun Long Town, Yin Zhou District, Ningbo. Daming is one of the big enterprises manufacturing precision castings in China with an area of 30000 m2, We have more than 800 workers and staff members, and more than 50 technicians.
At present, we have 14 sets of GW 400 KG middle frequency melters with an annual production capacity of 25000 tons. Silica colloid technological process is adopted for producing all kinds of stainless steel castings.
Gradually Daming has the comprehensive quality inspection ability from mechanical property and chemical composition inspection to metal microstructure and no damage detection to meet various quality inspection requirements by clients.
