1.Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

   A: We are an integrated manufacturer and trader with 29 years of experience. We have our own production facilities and professional R&D/QC teams to  strictly control product quality and delivery time.

2.Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

   A: We support a variety of secure international payment methods, including but not limited to: T/T,D/P,D/A, L/C , etc. The specific payment method            accepted will be negotiated and determined after the order is confirmed.

3.Q:What is your terms of delivery?
  A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF,and etc.

4.Q: How can I verify your company qualifications and authenticity?

   A:Our company profile page, which contains our certification information. We also welcome you to visit our factory for an on-site inspection! Please          contact us in advance to make an appointment.

 

5.Q: What is the standard production/delivery lead time? 

   A: Our standard delivery time for standard orders is 30 working days after receiving the deposit and all confirmation information (such as packaging details). For customized orders or orders of very large quantities, the delivery time will be extended accordingly and will be clearly notified at the time of order confirmation.

 

6. Q:What about the MOQ - minimum order quantity?
    A:100 pcs - 1000 pcs, MOQ for different products are different, please check with us before order.
 

7. Q:Do you accept OEM order?
    A:Yes, we can customize products according to customers' drawings or samples.
