Heavy Gauge Sheet Dies
With 90′restrictor bar
Upper die lip adjustment range max.: 11mm
Width adjustment system optional
Product thickness max.: 60mm
PVC Foam Sheet Dies
Application: Foam PVC building products, bathroom fixtures, poster boards etc.
Die structure: Special design for flow channel and multiple oil temperature control
Zones at DIP lips which stabilize the flow and calibrating area.
Updated design for PVC celuka dies: The lip exit is equipped with a unique water
Cooling system, to reduce foam density and make the surface harder.

PC Hollow Corrugated Dies
PC hollow corrugated sheet thickness: 4-20mm, wave height: 20-60mm
PP hollow corrugated sheet thickness: 2-12mm, wave height: 20-40mm
With restrictor bar, suitable for all kinds of PP raw materials
Fine adjustment system operates easily
Cast/ Coating/Laminating Film Dies
Die width: Tailor made up to 8000mm
Product thickness tolerance: 3%
Die lip radius: R0.05
Die lip surface finish: Up to R 0.01
Flow channel surface harden treatment by chromium plating. Plating thickness: 0.02-0.03mm
Hardness: HV900-1000
Roughness of flow channel: R 0.01-0.02
Film can be produced as thin as 0.5, at widths up to 8000 mm.
