Here is Jiangmen Rephon Optoelectronics MFG. Co., Ltd. We only focus on manufacturing T5&T8 LED TUBE with good quality and competitive price for 7 years in China, also a Certified GMC manufacturer for 4 years.

1) 365 days! We foucus in manufacturing T5 & T8 LED tubes, non other products. So our workers are skillful enough to ensure the quality of LED tube.
2) Light depreciation is zero within first 3000 hours, then 6% decrease per year, untill 5 years later.
2) We use 2835 Epistar/ Sanan chips. We have 3 sets of high speed SMD machine to mount LED chips on aluminum PCB.
3) Best heat dissipation effect with wider (16mm) & thicker (1.2mm) aluminum PCB.
4) We make own mold for aluminum lamp housing, so the lamp housing can match exactly with aluminum PCB and internal driver. Thickness of the alumninum lamp housing reach 0.5mm, and with deep V shape cavity which can have good heat dissipation and even lighting effect and color.
5) We design and make our own drivers without purchasing from other factory, so our tubes can have good sability.
6) We use Aishi capacitor (105 C 10*20) 6000hours. The actual working temperature of our capacitor is only 65C. As we may know that the temperature of capacitor reduce every 10C, the life of the capacitor is double. That means 6000 hours * 2 to the power of 4=96000hours for one capacitor on our tube. This data will ensure the long life of our tube.
