Shijiazhuang Huize pipe fitting Co., Ltd, located in Yanshan Industrial Zone on a floor area of 10, 000 square meters, has a staff of 450 people, including nearly 120 technical personnel; And its annual sales has exceeded one hundred million yuan for three consecutive years.
Huize is provided with 130-plus sets of production equipment of high-, medium- and low-pressure pipes, such as medium-frequency induction heating pipe benders capable of bending pipes with a diameter of 1, 520 mm, large-scaled pq1/p22 high-pressure seamless elbow benders, stainless steel elbow benders, hydraulic presses (3, 000 tons), large-scaled natural gas heat treatment furnaces (360 cubic meters) and steel pipe production facilities of various specifications, boasting a strong production capacity.
Huize mainly produces elbows, elbow pipes, T pipes, steel pipes, tapered pipes, flanges, heads, pipe caps, socket components, etc, made of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other special metal materials as required by its customers, totaling 1, 000 specifications and models. The products, widely used in such fields as petroleum, electric power, chemical industry, light industry, metallurgy and shipping, are not only well sold in 29 domestic provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, but also exported to the United States, Italy, India, Thailand, Malaysia, and Pakistan.
Huize has already been certified by the ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System, the Environmental Management System, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and American Petroleum Institute (API), and obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of PRC (Security Certificate of Registration of Manufacturing Units of Pressure Pipe Components) issued by the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Membership Certificate of China Petrochemical Resources Market, the Certificate of Class I Natural Gas Supply Network of China, and the Manufacturing Qualification Certificate of Pressure Pipes for Plants. And in strict accordance with the standards specified in or by the aforementioned, it has established its own scientific QA system and its product quality effectively ensured by its complete quality system and scientific manufacturing processes.
Moreover, Huize has set up its own QC Department and Testing Center equipped with superior devices and capable of X-ray flaw detection, magnetic particle tests, metallographic analysis, chemical tests, mechanical properties tests, impact tests, hydraulic tests, spectroscopic tests, and infrared ray monitoring.
