Founded in July, 2002, Located in 98th Fusheng Road, Yangwu village, Dalang town, Dongguan city, Guangdong Province in China, certified with SGS and ISO 2008: 9001 organizer. Zhengjia Metal Technology Dongguan Co., Ltd registered as a VAT general taxpayer who produce CNC parts, die-casting parts, precision components, all kinds of non-standard fasteners and fittings.
We are specializing in producing special fasteners like multi-stage high step screws, rivets, hexagonal screws, matched screws of sports equipment, furniture, scooter...And CNC parts including machining parts and lathing parts. We have our own professional R&D team, With our excellent R&D ability, we are able to do OEM/ODM within accuracy and proficiency.
Our mechanical equipments inlude cold forging machine which can work 2 mold with 4 cavities, 4 mold with 4 cavities, 6 mold with 6 cavities. We also have all brand new CNC lathes and 15 CNC manchining centors including 5 machines with 4 axles. Meanwhile we have a molding workshops with 3 EDM machines, 1 grinding machines, 5 drilling machines and 6 conventional milling machines.
Speaking to our Inspection instrument, we have to talk about our CMM, binary optical projector, Torque Tester, Hardness testing machine, salt spray corrosion test chamber and a lot of aotomatic and advanced production and testing equipment.
