Aérer, après pressurisé à la pression d'adsorption par le compresseur d'air, est introduit dans des adsorbants avant de passer la filtration du dessiccateur de frigorification. L'adsorbant est les passoirs moléculaires de carbone. Il se sert juste de la propriété que la quantité d'adsorption de l'oxygène et d'azote diffère sur la surface de l'adsorbant de carbone pour adsorber l'O2 et pour désorber le N2. L'ouverture et la fermeture des valves de programme sont commandées par le contrôleur programmable de logique (PLC) pour accomplir chaque cycle de l'adsorption et la désorption et alors N2 est produite avec la pureté required. Les deux adsortbers sont en adsorbant et en désorbant alternativement pour assurer le N2 à produire constamment et solidement.

Founded in 1996, Ally Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. The former Sichhuan Ally Chemistry Institute, is a high-tech enterprise which integrates product R&D, manufacture and engineering with technical service and is well evaluated for its advanced technology and quality service.
Ally Hi-Tech has three branches which are Ally Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. (Sichuan), Ally Chemical Material Co., Ltd. (Shanghai) and Ally Hi-Tech Machinery Co., Ltd. (Chengdu) as well as its workshop. Besides its laboratory, Ally has also established cooperating laboratories with Chengdu Branch, Chinese Academy of Science, Tongji University and South China University of Technology; And has been cooperated with Tsinghua University for the National 863 Project (National High-tech Project) and 2008 Beijing Olympic Game as well as 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
In 2000, Ally was restructured into a limited limited company.
In Octorber 2008, Ally was transformed into an incorporated corporation.

Ally contracted over30 projects each year; The contracting form includes engineering (besic design & detail design), engineering management, procurement management, partial contract and EPC.
