In August of 2005, we established Wenzhou Ouhai Wutian Boda Smoking Set Factory.
In the year of 2006, the above factory name was changed to be Wenzhou Boda Smoking Set Co., Ltd. And the company was canceled in 2019.
In the year of 2010, we rebuilt Wenzhou Ouhai Wutian New Boda Smoking Set Co., Ltd.
In December of 2013, we changed company name to Wenzhou Changyuan Smoking Set Co., Ltd.
In the year of 2020, we increase registration capital and company upgraded to Zhejiang Changyuan Smoking Set Co., Ltd.
Zhejing Changyuan Smoking Set Co., Ltd specializes in producing cigar lights, tools for cigar, pipe lighters, pipes and other special tools.
For many years, we are OEM for big cigar tools companies which locate in USA. Our technology engineers work in designs and molds have more than 10 years experience of producing smoking sets. We have abilities of designing production, making project photos, making graphic models, making 3D prototype samples, making moulds and so on. Our production structures are very special, for example, the gas volume of cigar lighter is much bigger than others, and the connection method of outgassing is unique. And we use imported materials for making precision moulds and doing cavity totally.
We have complete equipment like hot chamber die casting machine, punching machine, precision polishing machine, USA aperture measuring instrument and so on. In addition, we use Japanese or Korean grinding technology. Our top quality production′s inner pins are made by precision CNC machines and then plating. The gang boards are punched and use 304 stainless steel. And we use imported T9A materials for production spring and plating. In order to make sure production quality, we make all processes except surface plating and painting.
