We are strict on the selection of ring blank. Only best quality blank can be used by Ckernel. Our rings blank was tested by CTT, the report shows that Cobalt is less than 0.005%(Detection limit=0.005%)

We have high quality plating. Our plating is scratch proof.
3 Strict Quality Control
To ensure the quality of our products, we are very strict on quality control. We will check not only the size of each product, but also the crafts quality of it. If one product is not qualified, our QC member will label it. Our clients won′t receive unqualified products. Also our clients won′t pay for unqualified products.

2 Faster Delivery

3 Product Once Moldings
Ckernel has its own ring blank factory, so some of our tungsten rings blank are one-step forming. Benefits from this, Ckernel can make some ring style(e. G. Carbide fiber inlay with diamond tungsten ring) that other manufacturers can not do. Even if other manufacturers can make some hi-tech style rings, their rings will not be combined so perfectly as Ckernel′s, because they are not using one-step forming technique.

For the time being, Ckernel has an output of 39600 PCS/per month. This information is figured out by the number of our machines.
